What is the conforming loan limit in California?

Loan limits in California were increased again for 2023 to a baseline conforming loan limit of $726,200. In counties where the area median home price is higher than the baseline limit (e.g. Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties to name a few) the FHFA sets a "high-balance limit" which is higher than the nationwide baseline limit.
